At Wacoal, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items with original tags attached within 60 days of purchase.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print and Pack

Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely place your unworn garments with original tags into the original packaging.

Drop Off Package

Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized FedEx or USPS location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
